Washed moter, cranks over, no start

Step one: do not pressure wash your motor. There is simply no benefit, and many problems may result. Step two: At the very least, there is probably water where the ignition wires and spark plugs meet. Remove the wires, dry out the connection. Start there. Beyond that, you will have to find out where else water has infiltrated and needs to be removed.

You mean you raised the hood and intentionally sprayed water under high pressure on the engine ?
