Entertainment player won't shut off when I turn off the car

I have a 2008 Sedona also with the same problem and other electrical problems. I discovered that when I placed a DVD inside the player and let it run for a while, the player would finally shut off. There were several occasions that I had to let it run at least 10 to 15 minutes before it finally disengaged. Mine would run for almost a half hour or more. The system would be hot to touch. I did this for several weeks then it finally ceased. Now I have issues with replacing directional signal bulbs constantly. I hope this helps, you.
