Just had the power steering pump replaced 2 days ago,now check engine light on!?

No idea, we are taking it back to the dealer on Wednesday. They were closed yesterday and today for the holidays and we gave a personal appointment tomorrow. Really upsetting. They told me car was 100% now this. Hoping it is something stupid

We have a 2 year/100,000 mile warranty, but they told us the power steering pump wasn't covered and we just had to pay $466!! We just got this car the end of July last year and this will be the 5th time it's in the shop! When we got it, it had a clear carfax and certified used. Any ideas what it may be? Never had the check engine light on in this car, I'm so upset!

no idea.the computer has detected a fault somewhere.you can take it to Autozone and they will read the code/codes for you,and also print them out for you,it's free.then post code or codes here.don't get upset.you should see some of the things posted on here,it's unreal.stay calm,and post codes here,and someone will try and help you!

Thank you. I will post what the dealer says Wednesday. Unfortunately we have no time the next couple days to take it to AutoZone before then.
