Drivers side door lock doesn't unlock the door, only locks the door(s)

Hello, it seems to me the key you are using may not be properly cut for the vehicle. Do you have a second key to try? Another possibility is that the key cylinder itself has a problem. If this vehicle is still underneath your factory warranty period (which seems likely), then see your local dealership for what I would hope to be an in-warranty repair, unless there is physical damage with the lock cylinder.
