coolant leak, light went on overheat, now car won't start what to do

I bought the Hyundai Kia Rio 2009 from a local dealer on November 9, 2009 car was fine. Than three days ago the heat didn't work, also I had checked coolant it was low put coolant in. Than today used the car today went to a nearby store than noticed overheat light on, checked the front, coolant was low again and than car didn't start, (I shut off everything ) Please tell me what to do, dealer won't call me back.
