My 2019 kia optima lx starts to shake between 40 - 60 mph what could be the problem

The car feels like it's vibrating or shaking when speeds hit 40mph-60mph. Before or after that it drives fine. Only happens when driving between 40-60mph. It's a 2019 kia optima. Just bought one new tire but the problem existed prior to purchasing the tire

What makes this problem better or worse?

It runs fine or normal when going under 40mph and over 60mph
