Radio turns on but NO sound. Help?

What is your question?

I am not sure if I should replace the radio or the amp or a fuse. The radio lights up and looks as if it functions properly however, no sound at all. Advice?

PULL THE AUDIO FUSE OUT AND LET SIT FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND IT SHOULD RESET

Is it still under warranty? Have the dealer take a look at it.

Radio warranty ended at 36k I was at 38500 when it stopped. They have been no help to me on this.

Sorry to hear that. I would suggest finding a local stereo specialist to take a look at it.
