How do I replace the 120 Amp fuse located on the positive battery cable?

I changed the battery and put the wires backwards. I know stupid mistake. I tried to pull fuse out and it broke. I can’t pull it out. Do I need to loosen the screws holding the wires in to get the fuse out? 2004 Kia Optima 2.4 liter. Thank you in advance for your help.
