wont start after replacing camshaft module+crankshaft module+timing belt+fuel pump+computer

NOW - it's time for *hands-on* testing to determine WHY a no start condition exists.. Was the new “computer” properly programmed for this particular vehicle prior to installation? Is proper ignition spark present? Is there proper fuel delivery?
