Was driving Kia koup(2011) no problems then all of sudden when hitting gas car wouldn't accelerate I've been told the O2 sensor needs to be replaced because car engine light is on and I'm unable to pass state inspection could the O2 also be reason why was unable to accelerate in car? I stopped at gas station and placed gas in car still wouldn't move until i received a jump. Lights and dashboard was lit up.

This will require *hands-on* testing by qualified personnel - unfortunately there is no way to communicate the exact details over the internet. Step by step testing / diagnosis of the problem is the only way to reach a repair solution.
If you have zero acceleration then it's not the o2 sensors. They may need to be replaced for other reasons but you need to look at throttle body, cable, throttle position sensor, etc. A good start would be a complete scan of the car's computers to see exactly what the trouble codes are. For it starting only after being jumped, that may be a seperate issue related to the battery. Alex
It is not an O2 sensor issues - it seems to be a problem with the charging system as well as other components. Good luck with it.
