How can I get fluid in the torque converter without taking the transmission out

What if there is already Transmission fluid in the car?

There was a leak... We found the leak and repaired it. Put transmission fluid back in the car. Still no motion.

Then , without any other info to go on , I'd have to guess the trans got toasted when it ran out of fluid. IF you used the proper KIA fluid and it is at the proper level.
