Can I change the tire pressure senser, without removing tire

The threads the hold cap on broke and need to change the outside senser, can i do this without removing tire?

Sensor comes out from inside so tire will have to be broken down to access sensor.. THEN the new sensor will need to be calibrated to the TPMS module... Therefore it's NOT DIY! .. Contact tire shop!
