Will a heater sensor cause Jeep to stall out or cause the plugs to misfire ? Or is it fuel filter?

I start and stop a lot (rural carrier) but my Jeep idles rough and will stall out , starts right back up. Had so many sensors replaced the only one now is some heater sensor or heater coil sensor.. is thT the problem or is it fuel pump And filter

What makes this problem better or worse?
