Steering wheel radio controls dont work horn dosent work

Sterring wheel radio controls , horn,interior light,dashboard controls and traction controls don't work...replaced clock spring and cruise control switch already ...not sure what else it could be
What makes this problem better or worse?

The *clock spring* has failed!
That's the device that transfers all of the steering wheel controls circuits down to the steering column.
Not a recommended diy repair.
I thought that's what it was too and I replaced it with a new Mopar clock spring and nothing has changed...I'm gonna check all the switches on the steering wheel again and wiring ....is there a relay for the clock spring do you know? ..please amy other idea are welcomed
The only thing I can advise is *TESTING* each and every fuse on the vehicle.
Clock spring can be very easily damaged if not installed correctly!
I do not think all those controls themselves have failed at once.

I agree and I installed it correctly..I am an aircraft mechanic and was sure not you damage it during the R&R...I'll check everything again and put a meter on all my connections
Possibly a problem in the fuse box under hood - the reason for TESTING all fuses is to see if any are receiving power as needed or not - this is best done with a test light - key on.
I always test every fuse I can find .. You’d be surprised at the number of vehicles I’ve fixed that way - - most of the customers said they had already ‘checked’ the fuses, that can’t be what it is.
Wiggle testing wiring harness may help.
