E-brake does not hold.

What is your question?

I drive a manual so my E-brake is needed. The other day it was found in the middle of the road. I find myself having to pull up with both hands as hard as I can and rocking the car to make sure it holds. Sometimes I'll hear a loud pop and then it'll start Rolling. What may be wrong?

The park brake actually has 'brake shoes' inside the brake rotor .. These can be adjusted to tighten park brake system. It's not very DIY friendly so suggest having repair shop do this for you .. Also good idea to inspect the cables and other components .
