Where can I find a trailer hitch with a 3 hole mount

What is your question?

My Jeep has a 3 predrilled holes under the bumper cover on the steel cross member that are spaced 3.75 inches apart on center....I can only find 4 hole mounts and there is no room under there to drill 4 new holes......Where can I find a 3 hole one?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Cant find one anywhere I have looked
