Newish battery, lights turn on, radio works, car won't turn over when starting. Just a click. Jeep Wrangler 2007 Sahara.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Weather is fine, always garaged vehicle. Just had catalytic converter replaced.

ANYTIME engine will not CRANK - try jump start - REGARDLESS !

Lights working is irrelevant - battery may still be too weak to crank engine so it will start.
