What is your question?
Replaced leaking heater core on otherwise good working heater. No Heat. .... Then replaced rad (slight leak), hoses and thermostat and flushed system multi times. Still no heat. Both heater hoses are hot +/- 15 degrees. Can hear and see blend door shaft move to both open / closed positions. Will get slight burst of heat after turning temp control from cold to hot position, but then remains cool. Can get some heat increase if revving engine to high RPM for extended period, but this is random. Heat / some warm air does come and go slightly at random as well. Burped, Burped and Burped system, raised front end 8 inches and ran at hi RPM for 40 minutes. Possible heater box assembled incorrectly or i got a bad heater core. Week of trouble shooting and at a loss for solution. Don't want to go thru another dashboard removal or pay another a/c evac and recharge.
What makes this problem better or worse?
noting i have tried so far

Heck - switch heater hoses around just for the hell of it.. Obviously SOME-THING is amiss - however we can possibly determine what that is from here. Good luck!
Hey is there any update on this? Curious to find out if you fixed it. I have the same model Jeep with precisely the same problem. Winter is coming...
