Is the horn switch internal to the air bag on a2003 Jeep Wrangler x

You should see the wire that makes the horn ground circuit complete - which was attached to the horn pad .. With all fuses and the relay in place - ground that wire to a good ground - relay should click each time wire is grounded .. IF relay doesn't click .. Suspect failed clock spring or broken wire going out to horn... NOW - IF you're not familiar with this test then I highly recommend seeking qualified hands-on help! .. This is assuming ALL-fuses have been TESTED(?)
