Can't locate the EVAP Canister for my 2001 Wrangler.

What is your question?

The Hanyes manual shows a picture of an EVAP canister and says that it is located under hood. I see EVAP related hoses,valves, etc., but I don't see anything that looks like the canister in Hayes manual. I am starting to suspect that the canister is in rear of the Jeep. I would like to know where the canister is before I dig futher. JZ

The EVAP canister is mounted to a bracket, located in the engine compartment, on the left front inner fender. It is rectangular in shape to the right of the brake master cylinder against the fender well

Thanks, I knew that was the canister but all the photos that I saw of EVAP canisters were cylindrical and had valves directly connected to them. On another Jeep forum, an enthusiast stated that the canister was behind the rear fender well. The rectangular shape made me want to ask some other people. Thanks again.
