1999 jeep tj 4.0L passenger taillight out but works for signal and breaks

Replaced bulb but old one was still good hazards are working breaks are working and signal works only happening on passenger side looked at wiring looks ok ??

Replace designated fuse > M18 : M18 — 15 amp = Right Tail/Park/Run Lamp (RT-TAIL/PRK/RUN LMP) Happy motoring!
