Popping in passenger side

What is your question?

Replaced both struts, lower control arms, sway bar linkages and bushings and cv axel on passenger side. Got an alignment done and now there is a popping when you make a right turn or hit a bumplace and when you first take off.

There are just too many possibilities for online guessing .. An 'experienced' mechanic would have a lot better chance of discovering the problem during a test drive and hands-on inspection..
