What is your question?
Passenger side bearing has been replaced twice. We were told this is not the issue and it may be the differential (bearing maybe)? And that we should go to the jeep deal which is not taking apts right now due to the holiday. Any idea how much this will run us to fix? Is this accurate information? Could it be something else?

Describe the conditions under whic noise occurs? IF it is primarily on turns and lower speeds (sharp turns) it is worse , then I suggest finding a shop that can competently service the rear differential , with the correct fluids. They require synthetic gear oil plus one or possibly two bottles of an additive , which if not put in , can cause noise from the 'limited slip' clutches in the rear diff.
Thanks for replying! When driving over 20mph and taking left turns. It makes a grinding sounds (not too loud). So exactly what you've stated above.... So no part needs to be replaced just fluids? Is it ok to drive?
I do believe it is safe , yes no parts , only synthetic gear oil and I also finally remembered .... the additive is called a 'friction modifier' and , again , if memory serves me , it takes two bottles(they are small). Probably best bet is to verify with a dealers parts department , they know their product best (one can only hope!).
