What is your question?
My vehicle acted the same Monday, with all lights and sounds working, but the electric windows would not work. Had a friend jump it and it took using 2 sets of jumper cables to get it to start. Took it to an auto store and got a new battery, and tested the alternator and it was good. I went to work the next day, it started fine in the morning and again after work it started fine and today, my Jeep was not starting and the same problem, no turn over at all, no sound, no clicking, nothing. I would think if it was a fuse, that Monday that would have been a problem and not start until that was discovered and replaced, but not sure if a fuse can be faulty and work intermitten until it goes out completely, or if there is some kind of module in the steering wheel for the started or if it could be the starter that went out or has been on its way out, but I dont see why my Jeep worked after being jumped and then worked fin after the new battery was installed.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Jumping
How long has your 2007 Jeep Liberty had this problem?

All we can do here online is present some of the possibilities - *hands-on* testing will be required. Possibly a parasitic load which is discharging the battery while vehicle is parked.. Alternator is failing - intermittently. Stater motor may possibly be the culprit. A fuse is either good or bad period - will not come and go. Good luck.
Another possibility is the > ignition switch actuator pin Use google to learn more. It a common failure that will have the same symptoms as you’ve posted. *Hands-on* testing / evaluation will be required.
