What is your question?
The remote key fobs only work standing next to driver's side door. The TPMS constantly alarms with no actual pressure problem.

Try batteries first. You may also have bad tire pressure sensors. If you need a shop use this link to find a good one near you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
What were the actual *diagnostic test results* that prompted you to reach that conclusion? The symptoms or concerns posted here aren’t indicative of a failed module - - much more likely key fob and pressure sensor issues.
I would not recommend getting a used SKREEM for your Liberty. The SKREEM and the PCM share a password specific to your VIN. Chrysler has left a back door open, so to speak, that will allow factory trained techs to marry the two modules. I can not share that info. The Vin is programmed in both modules and the password must be retrieved through Chrysler service info. The Vin cannot be erased in either module through normal programming procedures. You would need to get at least one of the two modules new to perform the procedure. Financially, it would make more sense to get a new module if that is indeed your problem. Bottom line, Yes it can be done, but why would you want to?
