I have changed the alternator, serpentine belt and battery but my battery isnt keeping it's charge. What could be wrong?

Parasitic drain on battery while vehicle is parked perhaps.. Google - parasitic load.

Assuming the alternator output has been tested and is found to be satisfactory and battery passes load testing - ???? Good luck!
