Heat Shield above muffler.

What is your question?

I need to replace muffler and tailpipe. I looked underneath tonite and found the heat shield hanging on by 1 rusty bolt. At least 2 have rusted out and that is why it lays on muffler or drive shaft and rattles. Is this the same recall as listed in newer model recalls?
