Dealer said spark plugs should be replaced and fuel injection nozzles cleaned. It has about 30,000 Miles on it. Can I do this myself? How hard is it?

Every car is different and has it's own challenges. Some you have to remove components to get to the plugs. It can be done at home with a good set of tools and some mechanical knowledge.
