What is your question?
I have had my 2019 Jeep Cherokee for a year now. When I connect to the system's bluetooth with my Samsung Android S5 phone and a call comes in, I do not have the opportunity to "decline" the call; it answers automatically. Now, a dealer service person was able to resolve that with his S11 phone so I suspect I may need a newer phone. But in addition to that, when I launch my (Google) Maps app to provide directions while driving, the sound does not come through the bluetooth. The whole point of having that is to hear directions and not take my eyes off the road so this is disconcerting. I did not have that problem with my Ford Escape. I am OK with getting a new phone but I'd hate to update my Android and find out Maps still doesn't work. Bottom line: what can the Jeep Cherokee work with in terms of smart phones. Is an iPhone a must?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing; it just doesn't work as expected
How long has your 2019 Jeep Cherokee had this problem?
