Trouble fueling, pump shuts off about every 5 seconds. Been told it’s the evap canister. I’m fairly mechanical, I’ve rebuilt engines in the past, i’d Like to tackle this myself so I’m hoping someone can tell me where the evap canister is located to save me some time crawling under the car looking for it, in 19 degree weather.
Thanks
How long has your 2014 Jeep Cherokee had this problem?
RepairPal Certified shops can diagnose and repair your 2014 Jeep Cherokee. They provide transparent pricing with a minimum 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on repairs and services.
While that is a possibility - it certainly is not the only one!
Before attempting any guesswork repair - highly recommend evap scan test so the actual failure can be proven.
Good luck!
