I'm replacing the compressor, condenser, evaporator, heater core, lines, and accumulator. all new. Do I still need to perform an AC flush?

No need to flush - there’s nothing else to flush - - make sure you add the proper amount of correct type oil to the system - property pull vacuum on system to evaporate all moisture .. Recharge system using manifold gauge set.
