My question would be why wasn’t this issue resolved by the present owner unless it is going to be costly - - if it were repaired - it would certainly add more value to the vehicle that’s for sale - as far as I’m concerned that is.. After all - IF it is not going to pass emissions inspection - it can’t be driven. Just saying.
