The exterior lighting control is a direct output of the BPM (Body Processor Module). The parking distance system has its own control module. There is a ground connection for the parking module in the right rear of the trunk that may be shared with the lighting system. That would be a good place to start. The next step would be to take it to a qualified service center with the Jaguar Landrover diagnostic system for further diagnostics.
