I think my front pulley's may be miss aligned.I have loud squealing starting car

Quite often the belt tensioner may need to be replaced. Hard to tell without inspecting it.

Do any of the belts have a nice shiny 'glaze' on them?

It's your harmonic balancer take it out and put new pins in it don't buy a new one they're too expensive it's it's your harmonic balancer

And if you noticed your amp gauge when it's squealing it's not charging as soon as it stops squealing then charge goes up
