What if my 2002 jaguar x type... Get hot while running....when driving cool down

What is your question?

When I turn it on.. Let it run.. Few minutes it would get hot... But when I start driving it cools down... And gauge goes back to normal

Inoperative radiator cooling fans is most likely suspect.
