My ac is blowing hot air when its idling and doesnt blow cold until i go fast

What is your question?

The a.c. blows hot air until I start driving then it cools down a bit but when i slow down or stop it gets hot again

What makes this problem better or worse?

It's better the faster it goes. It gets worse if i go slow or stop
