The a.c. blows hot air until I start driving then it cools down a bit but when i slow down or stop it gets hot again

What makes this problem better or worse?

It's better the faster it goes. It gets worse if i go slow or stop

Have the *radiator oolong fans* tested.

They â€˜mustâ€™ be operational before A/C will cool properly while in slow traffic or at a stop.
