every time you clear codes, the pcm will set a P1000. It will not illuminate the check engine light. It may take several drives to work(depending on distance, temperature, driving conditions, etc) for it to reset. You can't reset it. Just ignore it. It's supposed to be there. You can't clear it. It will not allow itself to be cleared. Okay? Now do you have any drivability problems? If so, they won't be caused by a P1000.
