What is your question?
So just recently my 2000 Jaguar S-type 4.0 V8 started running rough when I was idling. I thought it was the spark plugs so I replaced all 8 but that hasn't fixed the problem. Now it runs rough all the time. It lacks power when accelerating and feels like it is struggling to stay running. It is also leaking a significant amount of oil. The car idles normally around 600 RPM but now it will dip down to 400RPM which causes a large amount of Vibration. I don't know what the problem is. Could it be the Coils?

Where is the oil leaking from? If it is the oil pan, valve covers, front or rear main seal, or anywhere else on the engine that requires engine vacuum, you could just be suffering a large vacuum leak. Take it in, and have it inspected hands on, as multiple issues can be hard to diagnose when they are related. http://repairpal.com/jaguar-within-10-miles-of-alexandria-virginia-22313
Check engine light should be on or has been on while engine is operating .. Scan test required to help identify performance issues plus visual inspection to locate oil leak(s).
While I suggest a full professional scan test, another option is have parts store read & record the codes for you (free of charge) then post the exact code numbers here for more help.
Okay so I just got it scanned and its reading a misfire on cylinder #2. The spark plugs were just replaced so would it be the coil that is not working properly?
That is the usual suspect! .. *2nd coil back on passenger side* .. Can swap coil with another cylinder to see if misfire follows THAT coil... Misfire due to coil failure is common but is not the only possibility!
So I changed the Ignition coil in cylinder 2 and it is running like its new again. I will still take it in to the shop to get the oil leak looked at and all that stuff but at least its running better! Thanks for the quick responses!
Would that also be why it is running rough? I know its burning oil as well because I can smell it and smoke comes out when I first start it.
