What would cause the 15amp fuse in the C9 block of the fuse box to keep blowing?

All wires appear to be in good shape. I don't think it is a wire problem. It is random may run a minute or 30 minutes. How would I eliminate what it is?

In the diagram it shows C9 - Ignition coil,Ignition control module. After fuse blows no spark. Thank you for your time pushrod! I should have been more specific earlier
*Closely* inspect wiring to EACH ignition coil and connector for any sign of damage / chaffing. I suspect one of the primary wires is shorting to ground - intermittently..

Exactly what stops functioning when this fuse blows? .. List ALL items.. Refer to owner’s manual for more fuse function information.
