What would cause the 15amp fuse in the C9 block of the fuse box to keep blowing?

Exactly what stops functioning when this fuse blows? .. List ALL items.. Refer to owner’s manual for more fuse function information.

In the diagram it shows C9 - Ignition coil,Ignition control module. After fuse blows no spark. Thank you for your time pushrod! I should have been more specific earlier

*Closely* inspect wiring to EACH ignition coil and connector for any sign of damage / chaffing. I suspect one of the primary wires is shorting to ground - intermittently.. Scan test is invaluable! Good luck!
