2001 Isuzu Trooper 3.5L 2,4,6 cylinders are not firing.

So I had my 3.5L Trooper engine rebuilt, timed and everything. Well when I got it back from the timing shop I noticed the 2,4,5 cylinders aren't firing properly and the engine runs rough and has no power. I replaced the spark plugs, coils and wires and it hasn't fixed anything. If I unplug the 1,3,5 plugs wires the engine bogs down like it is going to die but not with the 2,4,6 plug wires. Any thoughts?

Check firing order-check for ignition fire-check injector pulse-check compression-check with a mechanic.

Thanks, I come to determine its the injectors. And the Mechanic is useless unless I pay him tons of money again. Which is ridiculous since he should have fixed it the first time. Thanks for your reply though!
