That's prime suspect! .. Try CRANKING in neutral while rocking shifter back and fourth a bit to check the neutral safety switch... Best to check small wire going to starter for battery voltage as helper tries to crank engine..If battery voltage *IS PRESENT* there .. Suspect starter motor... Keep in mind that the security system (alarm) can also cause a 'NO CRANK' condition on 'this' vehicle... You savvy?
