Where is the door chime plug in on a 96 trooper & what else is wired there

I need to know if the windshield wipers are wired into the same plug in as the door chime behind the kickplate on the front passenger side.

What makes this problem better or worse?

The wipers aren't working anymore, but the fuse is good
