And the gas pump is new....????

why did you put a new fuel pump in,because the gas hand was not reading correct? if so,probably nothing wrong with the old fuel pump? maybe could have saved that $180.00 for the pump,and maybe put it towards the software upgrade to correct the fuel level.......>>>>>>>> < Isuzu Rodeo Problems>>>> Check Engine Light and Erratic Fuel Gauge Operation on Isuzu Rodeo The fuel level sensor may fail resulting in erratic fuel gauge operation and illumination of the Check Engine Light.
