What is your question?
i had my valve cover gasket replaced at around 110,000 miles, leaking. replacement gasket leaked oil from rear of passenger side(right) valve cover. replaced gasket 8,000~ miles later, seemed to fix leak. 8,000~ miles later, leaking again, rear of right valve cover. replace cover? check for warp-age? sell truck?

Instead of an actual gasket i have found a good silicon gasket maker works best for a problem leak, of course either one has got to be installed correctly! That valve cover requires intake plenum removal to replace the gasket, do you know if that is how it was done? How much were you charged? Just curious.
first time the plenum was lifted up and supposedly not removed completely from the engine, and the back of the gasket was outside the valve cover = $300 - good buddy price, took two days. the second time, i believe the plenum was removed completely, cost about $500, buddy price!, and the truck was kept two days at a different shop.
