been sitting 8 months i finally put a new head in with a friend but we cant figure out why it wont crank? do i need to reset a sinsor?changed fluids

Unfortunately there are way too many possibilities here for us to be able to assist .. Only suggestion is seek out *hands-on* help from qualified personnel (mechanic)..
