You can start by spraying wd-40 in the lock and working it in with the key. If this doesn't work try another key. If nothing works then you may have a bad lock cylinder. Alex

Contact locksmith to unlock door - have local auto repair facility fix the door lock.

That the only realistic approach to solving this problem .. It is not DIYer friendly! The *lock linkage rod* has become disconnected - which will require door panel removal and linkage rod repair evaluation. Use the remote to unlock - if applicable!
