started to hear a loud "punch" noise when breaking and breaks are not adjusting accordingly, seems like the car is not stopping! This happens when it rains, I'm so scared to drive my car now specially when I have children in my vehicle. I'm petrified to drive it..! HELP!

Take the vehicle to an auto repair shop and get the brakes fixed!!!.... That's the only help we can offer!

Thank you for a quick reply. I just had all brakes done thought that was the problem but it still existetd 2wks after it was done. Pads, rotors, drums all new. I just checked on your recommended lists of Isuzu Amigo shops nearby I will try to go to one of them. I had never ever had any problemswith this car. It's all now starting with that loud thump from the back when braking at rainy days.... could it be a recalled ABS?
