I replaced 2main fuses under hood, battery good

Ok so if you have power to your fuse box, and your battery is good, then I would recommend checking to see if you have power going to your ignition switch (test light and voltmeter recommended). Test power wire which is likely red, then if there is power, see if you have power from the ignition going to the starter. However it sounds like you do not have power to the ignition but I am unable to test so that is what I recommend doing.
Give us a little more info to go on, HOW are you TESTING this? What voltage at the battery? Follow the main battery cable to the fuse box and test there- what voltage? Keep working down the circuit until you lose voltage , then work your way back til you find the open/poor connection.
