What is your question?
I hit a pole on the passenger side fender and have recently gotten my axle bent back, replaced my cross member and got my door realigned so it closes all the way. My car thinks a door is open. My clicker will not get my car to honk when locking, my dome light will stay on in middle position because it thinks a door is open. Is this a door sensor that I need to replace?

The car only senses that the door is closed if the door is pushing the "door closed" switch. This plunger switch is located inside a rubber boot (it looks like a bumper stop) near the door catch post in the door pillar. The switch is either damaged, or the door is not pushing the switch. To test the switch push in on it manually (you should be able to feel a spring-loaded plunger inside the rubber boot) and (with all other doors and hatches closed) check to see that the dome light goes off. If it doesn't, replace the switch. If the switch is working, then the door probably needs to be re-alligned so that it pushes the switch in farther when it's closed.
