There is an actual key inside the of the intelligent key fob .. Remove that key and unlock the door manually - as you would with any vehicle! .. The link below is to a video showing exactly what to do: https://youtu.be/rJVsRNBoJbw The owners manual also covers this in detail .. Good luck to you!
When you get the opportunity - highly recommend checking out the owners manual for precise information that can easily avoid such issues in the future ...... Could possibly get caught in a situation where no internet service is available!
